Shipping Address

All items will be shipped according to the address provided in your account. If you wish to ship to a different address, please login and select “My Account” to change.

Packing Customs & Import Taxes

Unfortunately, we do not have control over any customs or import duties. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We try our best to help our customers. The parcel will usually be marked as "gift" with an amount no more than USD100. All items per box are to weigh less than 10.0kg. We will dispatch one box per day with a different EMS number.

You can track your items with the “Track Order Reference Number” given to you.

Delivery Times

Shipping usually arrives within 10 - 14 business day, but may take up to 16 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. It normally takes 1-3 working days to prepare your item.

Has My Order Been Shipped Out Yet?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. You can track your order by using the Track Order Reference Number. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

I Have Received A Faulty Item

We believe that our customers deserve only top quality products. If you think there is a defect with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team.

We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to inform us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.

Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

I Have Received An Incorrect Item In My Order

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team. They will get in touch with you soon.

An Item Is Missing From My Order

Sometimes, we do not send all your orders at the same time. Please check your dispatch emails to verify if we send the items separately. 
A different EMS shipping code will be given for each order we send. Please check the delivery note to ensure that you are not missing anything.
